Sunan al-Darimi 3307
Hasan - may Allah have mercy on him - said: “A slave who is emancipated upon the death (of his master) shall be emancipated in one-third of the estate.”
Grade: Hasan
حسن رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: موت کے بعد آزاد کیا جانے والا غلام تہائی مال سے آزاد ہو گا۔
Hasan rehmatullah alaih ne kaha: maut ke baad azad kiye jane wala ghulam tehtai maal se azad ho ga.
(حديث موقوف) حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: "الْمُعْتَقُ عَنْ دُبُرٍ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ".
