Chapter: Will of the slave.
باب: وصية الغلام
Sunan al-Darimi 3323
Abdullah and Muhammad narrated from their father Abu Bakr (b. Muhammad b. 'Amr b. Hazm) (as mentioned above) except that one of them said: The age of this boy was thirteen years, and the other one said: (He made a will) before reaching puberty. Imam Darimi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: «عن ابنيه» It refers to the two sons of Abu Bakr (Abdullah and Muhammad).
عبداللہ اور محمد نے اپنے والد ابوبکر (بن محمد بن عمرو بن حزم) سے اسی طرح روایت کیا (جیسا اوپر گزرا) سوائے اس کے کہ ان دونوں میں سے ایک نے کہا: اس لڑکے کی عمر تیرہ سال تھی، اور دوسرے نے کہا: بالغ ہونے سے پہلے (وصیت کی)۔ امام دارمی رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: «عن ابنيه» اس سے مراد ابوبکر کے دونوں بیٹے (عبداللہ اور محمد) ہیں۔
Abdullah aur Muhammad ne apne walid Abu Bakr (bin Muhammad bin Amro bin Hazm) se isi tarah riwayat kiya (jaisa upar guzra) siwaye iske ke un donon mein se ek ne kaha: Is ladke ki umr terah saal thi, aur dusre ne kaha: Baligh hone se pehle (wasiyat ki). Imam Darmi rehmatullah alaih ne kaha: «an ibnayh» is se murad Abu Bakr ke donon bete (Abdullah aur Muhammad) hain.
(حديث موقوف) حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ ابْنَيْهِ: عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، وَمُحَمَّدٍ ابْنَيْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِمَا مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ، غَيْرَ أَنَّ أَحَدَهُمَا قَالَ: ابْنُ ثَلَاثَ عَشْرَةَ، وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ: قَبْلَ أَنْ يَحْتَلِمَ. قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد: عَنْ ابْنَيْهِ، يَعْنِي: ابْنَيْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ.
