Sunan al-Darimi 3325
Hasan (may God have mercy on him) said: "A child's divorce, will, gift, charity, or emancipation is not valid until he reaches puberty."
Grade: Hasan
حسن رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: بچے کی طلاق جائز ہے نہ اس کی وصیت، ہدیہ، صدقہ، نہ آزادی یہاں تک کہ وہ بالغ ہو جائے۔
Hasan rehmatullah ne kaha: bache ki talaq jaiz hai na us ki wasiyat, hadiya, sadqa, na azadi yahan tak ke woh baligh ho jaye.
(حديث موقوف) حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: "لَا يَجُوزُ طَلَاقُ الْغُلَامِ وَلَا وَصِيَّتُهُ، وَلَا هِبَتُهُ، وَلَا صَدَقَتُهُ، وَلَا عَتَاقَتُهُ، حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ".
