Sunan al-Darimi 55
Narrated `Amr bin Qais (RA): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Allah looked at the (people of the) periods (between the Prophets) and had mercy on them, for their lifespan was short, so He made me (and my Ummah) come at the end of time (of all the nations). However, we (my Ummah) will be the first on the Day of Resurrection. I tell you this without boasting, Abraham is Allah's Khalil (friend), and Moses is Allah's Kalim (one who spoke to Allah directly), and I am Allah's Habib (beloved), and the banner of praise will be in my hand on the Day of Resurrection. Allah has promised me regarding my Ummah, and granted them three (things): He will not afflict them with a year of widespread drought, He will not allow their enemy to overpower and destroy all of them, and He will not cause them to all agree on misguidance."
سیدنا عمرو بن قیس رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اللہ تعالیٰ نے رحمت کی گھڑی میں دیکھا اور اس نے (زمانے کو) میرے لئے مختصر کر دیا، اس طرح ہم سب (قوموں) کے آخر میں آئے، لیکن قیامت کے دن سب سے پہلے لوگ ہوں گے، میں (تم سے) ایک بات بنا فخر کے کہہ رہا ہوں: ابراہیم اللہ کے خلیل ہیں، اور موسیٰ اللہ کے مخلص دوست، اور میں اللہ کا محبوب ہوں، حمد کا جھنڈا قیامت کے دن میرے ہاتھ میں ہو گا۔ اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے مجھ سے میری امت کے بارے میں وعدہ فرمایا اور تین چیزوں سے انہیں چھٹکارہ نصیب فرمایا ہے: ان سب کو قحط سالی میں مبتلا نہ کرے گا (یعنی ساری امت پر یکبارگی عذاب نہ آئے گا) نہ ان کا کوئی دشمن ان سب کو نیست و نابود کر سکے گا اور ساری امت کو گمراہی پر جمع نہ ہونے دے گا۔“
Sayyiduna Amr bin Qais (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai, Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: “Allah Ta’ala ne rehmat ki ghari mein dekha aur usne (zamaane ko) mere liye mukhtasar kar diya, is tarah hum sab (qaumon) ke akhir mein aaye, lekin qayamat ke din sab se pehle log honge, mein (tum se) ek baat bina fakhr ke keh raha hun: Ibrahim Allah ke khalil hain, aur Musa Allah ke mukhlis dost, aur mein Allah ka mahboob hun, hamd ka jhanda qayamat ke din mere haath mein hoga. Aur Allah Ta’ala ne mujh se meri ummat ke baare mein waada farmaya aur teen cheezon se unhen chhutkara naseeb farmaya hai: In sab ko qaht saali mein mubtala na karega (yani saari ummat par yakbargi azab na aayega) na un ka koi dushman in sab ko نیست و نابود kar sakega aur saari ummat ko gumrahi par jama na hone dega.”
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ رُوَيْمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ قَيْسٍ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: "إِنَّ اللَّهَ أَدْرَكَ بِيَ الْأَجَلَ الْمَرْحُومَ وَاخْتَصَرَ لِيَ اخْتِصَارًا فَنَحْنُ الْآخِرُونَ، وَنَحْنُ السَّابِقُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَإِنِّي قَائِلٌ قَوْلًا غَيْرَ فَخْرٍ: إِبْرَاهِيمُ خَلِيلُ اللَّهِ، وَمُوسَى صَفِيُّ اللَّهِ، وَأَنَا حَبِيبُ اللَّهِ، وَمَعِي لِوَاءُ الْحَمْدِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَعَدَنِي فِي أُمَّتِي وَأَجَارَهُمْ مِنْ ثَلَاثٍ: لَا يَعُمُّهُمْ بِسَنَةٍ، وَلَا يَسْتَأْصِلُهُمْ عَدُوٌّ، وَلَا يَجْمَعُهُمْ عَلَى ضَلَالَةٍ".
