Imam Shabi, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "Whoever had their shame and modesty diminished, their knowledge weakened."
امام شعبی رحمہ اللہ نے فرمایا: جس نے شرم و حیا کی اس کا علم رقیق ہوا۔
Imam Shabi rehmatullah ne farmaya: Jis ne sharam o haya ki us ka ilm raqiq hua.
(حديث موقوف) أَخْبَرَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ:"مَنْ رَقَّ وَجْهُهُ، رَقَّ عِلْمُهُ"..
