Sunan al-Darimi 643
It is narrated from Imam Auza'i, may Allah have mercy on him, that Imam Zuhri, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "The آفت (destruction or loss) of knowledge is forgetting and abandoning its discussion."
Grade: Da'if
امام اوزاعی رحمہ اللہ سے مروی ہے، امام زہری رحمہ اللہ نے فرمایا: علم کی آفت نسیان اور ترک مذاکرہ ہے۔
Imaam Auzai rehmatullah alaih se marvi hai, Imaam Zuhri rehmatullah alaih ne farmaya: Ilm ki aafat nisyana aur tark muzakira hai.
(حديث مقطوع) أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ: "آفَةُ الْعِلْمِ النِّسْيَانُ، وَتَرْكُ الْمُذَاكَرَةِ".
