Chapter on when a woman's menstrual and istihada days overlap

باب إذا اختلطت على المرأة أيام حيضها في أيام استحاضتها

Sunan al-Darimi 945

Imam Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: A woman experiencing istihaadah (non-menstrual bleeding) will observe the 'iddah (waiting period) according to her usual menstrual cycle. So, if she is divorced, her 'iddah will be three menstrual cycles.

Grade: Da'if

امام حسن رحمہ اللہ نے فرمایا: مستحاضہ حیض کے حساب سے عدت گزارے گی، یعنی اگر اسے طلاق دے دی جائے تو تین قروء عدت ہے۔

(حديث مقطوع) أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ عِيسَى، أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: "الْمُسْتَحَاضَةُ تَعْتَدُّ بِالْأَقْرَاءِ".
