Sahih Ibn Hibban 5091

Kathir ibn Zayd narrated to me from al-Walid ibn Rabah from Abu Hurayrah who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Reconciliation is permitted between Muslims except for reconciliation that makes lawful what is unlawful or makes unlawful what is lawful."

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”مسلمانوں کے درمیان صلح جائز ہے سوائے ایسی صلح کے جو حلال کو حرام یا حرام کو حلال کر دے۔“

Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai keh Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: Musalmanon ke darmiyan sulh jaiz hai siwaye aisi sulh ke jo halal ko haram ya haram ko halal kar de.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَتْحِ السِّمْسَارُ بِسَمَرْقَنْدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدَّارِمِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الطَّاطَرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ حَدَّثَنِي كَثِيرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الصُّلْحُ جَائِزٌ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلَّا صُلْحًا أَحَلَّ حَرَامًا أَوْ حَرَّمَ حَلَالًا»

Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying, "Should I not inform you of something more excellent than the degree of fasting and prayer?" They (the Companions) replied, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah." He said, "Reconciling between people, for severing ties between people is the thing which shaves."

حضرت ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کیا میں تمہیں روزہ اور نماز کے درجہ سے بھی افضل چیز نہ بتاؤں؟ صحابہ نے کہا کیوں نہیں، یا رسول اللہ! آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا لوگوں میں صلح کرا دینا کیونکہ لوگوں کے درمیان قطع تعلق کرنا ہی دین کو اس طرح صاف کر دیتا ہے جیسے استر بالوں کو صاف کر دیتا ہے۔

Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri raziallahu anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya kya main tumhen roza aur namaz ke darja se bhi afzal cheez na bataun? Sahaba ne kaha kyun nahi, ya Rasul Allah! Aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya logon mein sulah kara dena kyunki logon ke darmiyan qata taluq karna hi deen ko is tarah saaf kar deta hai jaise ustar baalon ko saaf kar deta hai.

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ أُمِّ الدَّرْدَاءِ عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِأَفْضَلَ مِنْ دَرَجَةِ الصِّيَامِ وَالْقِيَامِ؟ » قَالُوا بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ «إِصْلَاحُ ذَاتِ الْبَيْنِ وَفَسَادُ ذَاتِ الْبَيْنِ هِيَ الْحَالِقَةُ»

Narrated ‘Ikrimah, on the authority of Ibn ‘Abbas: The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever reaches such and such a place, or does such and such a thing…” The youth rushed ahead, while the elders remained behind under the banners. When Allah granted them victory, they (the youth) came to claim what the Prophet ﷺ had promised. The elders said: “Do not take it without us, for we were a barrier for you.” So, Allah revealed this verse: “…So fear Allah and amend that which is between you…”

"حضرت عکرمہ رضی اللہ عنہ ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "جو فلاں جگہ پہنچے گا یا فلاں کام کرے گا..." تو جوان آگے بڑھ گئے اور بڑے لوگ جھنڈوں کے نیچے پیچھے رہ گئے۔ جب اللہ تعالیٰ نے انہیں فتح عطا فرمائی تو وہ (جوان) نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے وعدے کا مطالبہ لے کر آئے۔ تو بڑے لوگوں نے کہا: "ہمارے بغیر (یہ وعدہ) نہ لو، کیونکہ ہم تمہارے لیے ڈھال بنے ہوئے تھے۔" تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ آیت نازل فرمائی: "...تو اللہ سے ڈرو اور اپنے درمیان (معاملات) کو درست کرو..."

Hazrat Akrama RA Ibne Abbas RA se riwayat karte hain ke Nabi Kareem SAW ne farmaya: "Jo falan jagah pahunchega ya falan kaam karega..." to jawan aage barh gaye aur bare log jhandon ke neeche peeche reh gaye. Jab Allah Ta'ala ne unhen fatah ata farmaai to woh (jawan) Nabi Kareem SAW ke wada ka mutalba lekar aaye. To bare logon ne kaha: "Hummare baghair (yeh wada) na lo, kyunki hum tumhare liye dhaal bane hue the." To Allah Ta'ala ne yeh ayat nazil farmaai: "...to Allah se daro aur apne darmiyan (muamalat) ko durust karo..."

أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ دَاوُدَ بْنَ أَبِي هِنْدٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَتَى مَكَانَ كَذَا وَكَذَا أَوْ فَعَلَ كَذَا وَكَذَا * فَتَسَارَعَ إِلَيْهِ الشُّبَّانُ وَبَقِيَ الشُّيُوخُ تَحْتَ الرَّايَاتِ» فَلَمَّا فَتَحَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ جَاءُوا يَطْلُبُونَ مَا قَدْ جَعَلَ لَهُمُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ لَهُمُ الْأَشْيَاخُ لَا تَذْهَبُونَ بِهِ دُونَنَا فَإِنَّا كُنَّا رِدْءًا لَكُمْ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ {فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَصْلِحُوا ذَاتَ بَيْنِكُمْ}
