Sahih Ibn Hibban 2852
Thalaba ibn `Abbad al-`Abdi said: I witnessed Samurah ibn Jundub delivering a sermon one day. In his sermon, he mentioned a hadith from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Samurah said, “One day, I was with a young man from the Ansar, shooting arrows at a target, at the time of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. When the sun was about two or three spear-lengths high in the sky, it turned dark. One of us said to his companion, ‘Let us go to the mosque, for by Allah, this sun will certainly cause the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, to say something new to his Ummah.’ So we went to the mosque and found the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, coming out to the people. He came forward and prayed with us the longest prayer he had ever prayed with us. We could not hear his voice. Then he prostrated the longest we had ever prostrated with him in prayer. We could not hear his voice. Then he sat in the second rak’ah for a similar length of time. The clearing of the sun coincided with his sitting in the second rak’ah. Then he finished the prayer.”
ثعلبہ بن عباد العبدی نے کہا: میں نے سمرہ بن جندب رضی اللہ عنہ کو ایک دن خطبہ دیتے ہوئے دیکھا۔ اپنی تقریر میں انہوں نے اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ایک حدیث بیان کی۔ سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا، "ایک دن میں انصار کے ایک نوجوان کے ساتھ تھا اور ہم اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے میں، ایک نشانے پر تیر چلا رہے تھے۔ جب سورج آسمان پر دو یا تین نیزوں کی بلندی پر تھا تو اندھیرا چھا گیا۔ ہم میں سے ایک نے اپنے ساتھی سے کہا، 'چلو مسجد چلتے ہیں، کیونکہ اللہ کی قسم، یہ سورج یقینی طور پر اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ان کی امت کو کچھ نیا کہلوائے گا۔' تو ہم مسجد گئے اور اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو لوگوں کے پاس آتے ہوئے پایا۔ آپ آگے آئے اور ہمارے ساتھ اتنی لمبی نماز پڑھی جتنی آپ نے ہمارے ساتھ کبھی نہیں پڑھی تھی۔ ہم آپ کی آواز نہیں سن سکتے تھے۔ پھر آپ نے اتنا لمبا سجدہ کیا جتنا آپ نے ہمارے ساتھ نماز میں کبھی نہیں کیا تھا۔ ہم آپ کی آواز نہیں سن سکتے تھے۔ پھر آپ دوسری رکعت میں اتنی ہی دیر تک بیٹھے رہے۔ سورج کا صاف ہونا آپ کے دوسری رکعت میں بیٹھنے کے ساتھ ہی ہوا۔ پھر آپ نے نماز ختم کی۔"
Sa'laba bin 'Abaad al-'Abdi ne kaha: Mein ne Samura bin Jundub (RA) ko ek din khutba dete hue dekha. Apni taqreer mein unho ne Allah ke Rasool (SAW) se ek hadees bayan ki. Samura (RA) ne kaha, "Ek din mein Ansar ke ek naujawan ke saath tha aur hum Allah ke Rasool (SAW) ke zamane mein, ek nishane par teer chala rahe the. Jab suraj aasman par do ya teen nezon ki bulandi par tha to andhera chha gaya. Hum mein se ek ne apne saathi se kaha, 'Chalo masjid chalte hain, kyunki Allah ki qasam, yeh suraj yaqeeni tor par Allah ke Rasool (SAW) se un ki ummat ko kuchh naya kahlwaye ga.' To hum masjid gaye aur Allah ke Rasool (SAW) ko logon ke paas aate hue paya. Aap aage aaye aur humare saath itni lambi namaz parhi jitni aap ne humare saath kabhi nahin parhi thi. Hum aap ki aawaz nahin sun sakte the. Phir aap ne itna lamba sajda kiya jitna aap ne humare saath namaz mein kabhi nahin kiya tha. Hum aap ki aawaz nahin sun sakte the. Phir aap dusri rakat mein itni hi dair tak baithe rahe. Suraj ka saaf hona aap ke dusri rakat mein baithne ke saath hi hua. Phir aap ne namaz khatm ki."
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ثَعْلَبَةُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ الْعَبْدِيُّ أَنَّهُ شَهِدَ خِطْبَةَ يَوْمًا لِسَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ فَذَكَرَ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ حَدِيثًا عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ سَمُرَةُ بَيْنَا أَنَا يَوْمًا وَغُلَامٌ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ نَرْمِي غَرَضًا لَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَتِ الشَّمْسُ قَدْرَ رُمْحَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثَةٍ فِي عَيْنِ النَّاظِرِ مِنَ الْأُفُقِ اسْوَدَّتْ فَقَالَ أَحَدُنَا لِصَاحِبِهِ انْطَلَقَ بِنَا إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَوَاللَّهِ لَتُحْدِثَنَّ هَذِهِ الشَّمْسُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي أُمَّتِهِ حَدِيثًا قَالَ فَدَفَعْنَا إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَوَافَقْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَإِذَا هُوَ بَارَزٌ حِينَ خَرَجَ إِلَى النَّاسِ قَالَ «فَتَقَدَّمَ فَصَلَّى بِنَا كَأَطْوَلِ مَا قَامَ بِنَا فِي صَلَاةٍ قَطُّ لَا نَسْمَعُ لَهُ صَوْتًا ثُمَّ سَجَدَ كَأَطْوَلِ مَا سَجَدْنَا فِي صَلَاةٍ قَطُّ لَا نَسْمَعُ لَهُ صَوْتًا ثُمَّ قَعَدَ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ» قَالَ فَوَافَقَ تَجَلِّي الشَّمْسُ جُلُوسَهُ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ فَسَلَّمَ «
