Sahih Ibn Hibban 3752
Jabir ibn Abdullah: We have sheep and shepherds, and they knock down this fruit, the Sumur fruit, with their staffs. Is that allowed? Jabir replied, "No." Then he said, "It is not permissible to strike or knock down the fruit for those forbidden by the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. But they can shake the branches gently." He added, "If the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, were here, he would have forbidden us from cutting the Masad (a thorny tree) and the Mirwad (a plant) for the goats. "
جابر بن عبداللہ سے روایت ہے کہ ہم نے عرض کیا: ہمارے پاس بھیڑیں اور چرواہے ہیں، وہ اپنی لاٹھیوں سے یہ سمور کے پھل گراتے ہیں، کیا یہ جائز ہے؟ جابر نے جواب دیا: "نہیں"۔ پھر انہوں نے کہا: "رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جن لوگوں کے لیے منع فرمایا ہے ان کے لیے پھل توڑنا یا گِرانا جائز نہیں ہے۔ البتہ وہ ہلکے ہاتھ سے شاخیں ہلا سکتے ہیں۔" انہوں نے مزید کہا: "اگر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم یہاں ہوتے تو آپ ہمیں بکریوں کے لیے مسد (ایک کانٹے دار درخت) اور مروڑ (ایک پودا) کاٹنے سے منع فرماتے"۔
Jaber bin Abdullah se riwayat hai ki hum ne arz kiya: Humare pass bheren aur charwahe hain, wo apni lathiyon se yeh samor ke phal girate hain, kya yeh jaiz hai? Jaber ne jawab diya: "Nahi". Phir unhon ne kaha: "Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne jin logon ke liye mana farmaya hai un ke liye phal torna ya girana jaiz nahi hai. Albatta woh halke hath se shakhein hila sakte hain." Unhon ne mazid kaha: "Agar Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam yahan hote to aap humain bakriyon ke liye misd (ek kante dar darakht) aur maror (ek podah) katne se mana farmate".
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بُجَيْرٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْبُخَارِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ حَدَّثَنَا خَارِجَةُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ رَافِعِ بْنِ مَكِيثٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ ثُمَّ الرَّبْعِيِّ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ لَنَا غَنَمٌ وَغِلْمَانٌ وَهُمْ يُخَبِّطُونَ عَلَى غَنَمِهِمْ هَذِهِ الثَّمَرَةَ الْحُبْلَةَ وَهِيَ ثَمَرَةُ السَّمُرِ؟ فَقَالَ جَابِرُ لَا ثُمَّ قَالَ لَا يُخْبَطُ وَلَا يُعْضَدُ مُحْرِمُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَلَكِنْ هُشُّوا هَشًّا ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَيَنْهانَا أَنْ نَقْطَعَ الْمَسَدَ وَمِرْوَدَ الْبَكَرَةِ
