Sahih Ibn Hibban 3795
Aisha said: We went out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during the months of Hajj, the nights of Hajj and the sanctuary of Hajj, until we dismounted at Sarif. She said: So he went out to his Companions and said, “Whoever does not have the sacrificial animal with him and would like to make it Umrah, then let him do so, and whoever has the sacrificial animal with him, then no.” She said: So those who took it and those who left it from among his Companions. She said: So I was with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and men from among his Companions, and they were the people of strength, and they had the sacrificial animals with them, so they were unable to perform Umrah. She said: So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon me while I was crying, and he said, “What makes you cry, O Hantah?” I said: I heard what you said to your Companions, so I was prevented from performing Umrah. He said, “And what is your matter?” I said: I will not pray. He said, “It does not harm you. You are only a woman from among the daughters of Adam. Allah has written upon you what He has written upon them. So be in your Hajj, for perhaps you will catch up with it.” She said: So we went out on his Hajj until we arrived at Mina. So I purified myself, then I went out from Mina and completed the Tawaf of the House. She said: Then I went out with him in the last departure until Al-Mash’ar al-Haram dismounted, and we dismounted with him. Then he called Abdur-Rahman bin Abi Bakr, and said, “Go out with your sister from the sanctuary, so let her perform Umrah, then finish, then come here, for I will wait for you both until you come to me.” She said: So I went out for that until I finished, and I finished from the Tawaf, then I came to him at dawn, so he said, “Have you finished?” I said: Yes. He said: So he announced the departure to his Companions, so the people set out. Then he passed by the House before the Fajr prayer, so he performed Tawaf around it, then he went out, rode, then he left, heading towards Madinah.
عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ حج کے مہینوں میں، حج کی راتوں میں اور حج کی حرمت میں نکلے یہاں تک کہ ہم سریف میں اترے۔ وہ کہتی ہیں کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنے صحابہ کے پاس نکلے اور فرمایا، "جس کے پاس قربانی کا جانور نہ ہو اور وہ عمرہ کرنا چاہے تو کرلے، اور جس کے پاس قربانی کا جانور ہو تو نہ کرے۔" وہ کہتی ہیں کہ تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے بعض صحابہ نے عمرہ کیا اور بعض نے چھوڑ دیا۔ وہ کہتی ہیں کہ میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے بعض صحابہ کے ساتھ تھی، اور وہ طاقت والے لوگ تھے، اور ان کے پاس قربانی کے جانور تھے، اس لیے وہ عمرہ نہیں کرسکتے تھے۔ وہ کہتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم میرے پاس آئے جبکہ میں رو رہی تھی، اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، "کیا چیز تمہیں رلا رہی ہے اے حفصہ؟" میں نے کہا: میں نے وہ سنا جو آپ نے اپنے ساتھیوں سے کہا تھا، تو مجھے عمرہ کرنے سے روک دیا گیا۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، "اور تمہارا کیا معاملہ ہے؟" میں نے کہا: میں نماز نہیں پڑھوں گی۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، "اس سے تمہیں کوئی نقصان نہیں ہے۔ تم آدم کی بیٹیوں میں سے ایک عورت ہو۔ اللہ نے تم پر وہی لکھ دیا ہے جو ان پر لکھی ہے۔ تو اپنے حج میں لگی رہو، شاید تم اسے پا لو۔" وہ کہتی ہیں کہ تو ہم آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ حج کے لیے نکلے یہاں تک کہ ہم منیٰ پہنچے۔ تو میں نے غسل کیا، پھر میں منیٰ سے نکلی اور بیت اللہ کا طواف کیا۔ وہ کہتی ہیں کہ پھر میں آخری روانگی میں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ نکلی یہاں تک کہ ہم مزدلفہ میں اترے۔ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عبدالرحمٰن بن ابی بکر کو بلایا، اور فرمایا، "اپنی بہن کو حرم سے باہر لے جاؤ، تاکہ وہ عمرہ کرلے، پھر فارغ ہو جائے، پھر یہاں آجائے، کیونکہ میں تم دونوں کا انتظار کروں گا یہاں تک کہ تم میرے پاس آجاؤ۔" وہ کہتی ہیں کہ تو میں اس کے لیے نکلی یہاں تک کہ میں نے فارغ ہو گئی، اور میں طواف سے فارغ ہو گئی، پھر میں صبح کے وقت آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آئی، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، "کیا تم فارغ ہو گئی ہو؟" میں نے کہا: جی ہاں۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنے ساتھیوں کو روانگی کا اعلان کیا، تو لوگ نکل پڑے۔ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فجر کی نماز سے پہلے بیت اللہ کے پاس سے گزرے، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس کے گرد طواف کیا، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نکلے، سوار ہوئے، پھر مدینہ منورہ کی طرف روانہ ہو گئے۔
Ayesha Radiallahu Anha kahti hain ke hum Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke saath Hajj ke mahenon mein, Hajj ki raaton mein aur Hajj ki hurmat mein nikle yahan tak ke hum Sarif mein utre. Woh kahti hain ke aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam apne sahaba ke paas nikle aur farmaya, "Jis ke paas qurbani ka jaanwar na ho aur woh Umrah karna chahe to kar le, aur jis ke paas qurbani ka jaanwar ho to na kare." Woh kahti hain ke to aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke baaz sahaba ne Umrah kiya aur baaz ne chhor diya. Woh kahti hain ke main Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam aur aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke baaz sahaba ke saath thi, aur woh taqat wale log the, aur un ke paas qurbani ke jaanwar the, is liye woh Umrah nahin kar sakte the. Woh kahti hain ke Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam mere paas aaye jabke main ro rahi thi, aur aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya, "Kya cheez tumhein rula rahi hai aye Hafsa?" Main ne kaha: Main ne woh suna jo aap ne apne saathiyon se kaha tha, to mujhe Umrah karne se rok diya gaya. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya, "Aur tumhara kya mamla hai?" Main ne kaha: Main namaz nahin parhun gi. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya, "Iss se tumhen koi nuksaan nahin hai. Tum Adam ki betiyon mein se ek aurat ho. Allah ne tum par wohi likh diya hai jo un par likhi hai. To apne Hajj mein lagi raho, shayad tum usse paa lo." Woh kahti hain ke to hum aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke saath Hajj ke liye nikle yahan tak ke hum Mina pahunche. To main ne ghusl kiya, phir main Mina se nikli aur Baitullah ka tawaf kiya. Woh kahti hain ke phir main aakhri rawangi mein aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke saath nikli yahan tak ke hum Muzdalifah mein utre. Phir aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Abdul Rahman bin Abi Bakr ko bulaya, aur farmaya, "Apni behen ko haram se bahar le jao, taake woh Umrah kar le, phir farigh ho jaye, phir yahan aa jaye, kyonke main tum donon ka intezar karunga yahan tak ke tum mere paas aa jao." Woh kahti hain ke to main uske liye nikli yahan tak ke main ne farigh ho gayi, aur main tawaf se farigh ho gayi, phir main subah ke waqt aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke paas aayi, to aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya, "Kya tum farigh ho gayi ho?" Main ne kaha: Ji haan. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: To aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne apne saathiyon ko rawangi ka elan kiya, to log nikal pade. Phir aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam fajr ki namaz se pehle Baitullah ke paas se guzre, to aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne uske gird tawaf kiya, phir aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam nikle, sawar hue, phir Madina Munawwara ki taraf rawana ho gaye.
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَفْلَحُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ وَلَيَالِي الْحَجِّ وَحَرَمِ الْحَجِّ حَتَّى نَزَلْنَا بِسَرِفَ قَالَتْ فَخَرَجَ إِلَى أَصْحَابِهِ فَقَالَ «مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ وَأَحَبَّ أَنْ يَجْعَلَهَا عَمْرَةً فَلْيَفْعَلْ وَمَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ الْهَدْيُ فَلَا» قَالَتْ فَالْآخِذُ بِهَا وَالتَّارِكُ لَهَا مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ قَالَتْ فَأَمَّا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَرِجَالٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ فَكَانُوا أَهَلَ قُوَّةٍ وَكَانَ مَعَهُمُ الْهَدْيُ فَلَمْ يَقْدِرُوا عَلَى الْعُمْرَةِ قَالَتْ فَدَخَلَ عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَأَنَا أَبْكِي فَقَالَ «مَا يُبْكِيكِ يَا هَنْتَاهُ؟ » قُلْتُ قَدْ سَمِعْتُ قَوْلَكَ لِأَصْحَابِكَ فَمُنِعْتُ الْعُمْرَةَ قَالَ «وَمَا شَأْنُكِ؟ » قُلْتُ لَا أُصَلِّي قَالَ «فَلَا يَضُرُّكِ إِنَّمَا أَنْتِ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ بَنَاتِ آدَمَ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكِ مَا كَتَبَ عَلَيْهِنَّ فَكُونِي فِي حَجَّتِكِ فَعَسَى أَنْ تُدْرِكِيهَا» قَالَتْ فَخَرَجْنَا فِي حَجَّتِهِ حَتَّى قَدِمْنَا مِنًى فَطَهَرْتُ ثُمَّ خَرَجْتُ مِنْ مِنًى فَأَفَضْتُ الْبَيْتَ قَالَتْ ثُمَّ خَرَجْتُ مَعَهُ فِي النَّفْرِ الْآخَرِ حَتَّى نَزَلَ الْمُحَصَّبُ وَنَزَلْنَا مَعَهُ فَدَعَا عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ فَقَالَ «اخْرُجْ بِأُخْتِكَ مِنَ الْحَرَمِ فَلْتُهِلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ ثُمَّ افْرُغَا ثُمَّ ائْتِيَا هَاهُنَا فَإِنِّي أَنْظُرُكُمَا حَتَّى تَأْتِيَانِي» قَالَتْ فَخَرَجْتُ لِذَلِكَ حَتَّى فَرَغْتُ وَفَرَغْتُ مِنَ الطَّوَافِ ثُمَّ جِئْتُهُ سَحْرًا فَقَالَ «هَلْ فَرَغْتُمْ؟ » قُلْتُ نَعَمْ قَالَ «فَآذَنَ بِالرَّحِيلِ فِي أَصْحَابِهِ فَارْتَحَلَ النَّاسُ فَمَرَّ بِالْبَيْتِ قَبْلَ صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ فَطَافَ بِهِ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَرَكِبَ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ مُتَوَجِّهًا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ»
