Sahih Ibn Hibban 4126
Narrated by Ayyub ibn Musa, on the authority of Nubaib ibn Wahb, that Umar ibn al-Khattab intended to marry while he was in a state of ihram. So he sent to Aban ibn Uthman, and Aban said, “Verily, Uthman narrated to us that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'One who is in the state of ihram should not marry, nor should he propose marriage, nor should he be given in marriage.'”
نبیب بن وہب کی روایت ہے کہ حضرت عمر بن خطاب رضی اللہ عنہ نے احرام کی حالت میں شادی کرنے کا ارادہ کیا تو آپ نے حضرت عثمان بن عفان رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس آدمی بھیجا تو انہوں نے کہا کہ حضرت عثمان رضی اللہ عنہ نے ہمیں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے یہ حدیث سنائی ہے کہ ”احرام والے کے لیے جائز نہیں کہ وہ نکاح کرے اور نہ ہی نکاح کا پیغام دے اور نہ ہی اس کا نکاح کیا جائے“۔
Nabi bin Wahab ki riwayat hai ki Hazrat Umar bin Khattab Radi Allahu Anhu ne ehram ki halat mein shadi karne ka irada kiya to aap ne Hazrat Usman bin Affan Radi Allahu Anhu ke pass aadmi bheja to unhon ne kaha ki Hazrat Usman Radi Allahu Anhu ne hamein Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se yeh hadees sunai hai ki "Ehram wale ke liye jaiz nahi ki wo nikah kare aur na hi nikah ka paigham de aur na hi uska nikah kiya jaye"
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَعْمَرٍ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَنْكِحَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَى أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ فَقَالَ أَبَانُ إِنَّ عُثْمَانَ حَدَّثَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْمُحْرِمُ لَا يَنْكِحُ وَلَا يَخْطُبُ وَلَا يُنْكِحُ»
