Sahih Ibn Hibban 4635
Sulaiman bin Buraida reported from his father that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "The sanctity of the wives of Mujahidin (those fighting in Jihad) upon those staying behind (not participating in Jihad) is like the sanctity of their mothers. There is no person staying behind who acts dishonestly towards the family of a Mujahid, but that he will be brought forward on the Day of Judgement and it will be said to him: 'This was your betrayal of the family of your brother (in Islam)'. Then he will be allowed to take (the reward for his good deeds) from the good deeds of the Mujahid."
سلیمان بن بُریدہ اپنے باپ سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا، " غزوہ میں شریک مجاہدین کی بیویوں کی حرمت، پیچھے رہ جانے والوں پر ویسی ہی ہے جیسی ان کی ماؤں کی حرمت ہے۔ پیچھے رہ جانے والوں میں سے جو شخص بھی غزوہ میں شریک مجاہد کے گھر والوں سے خیانت کرے گا، قیامت کے دن اسے لا کر کہا جائے گا، "یہ رہی تمہاری خیانت جو تم نے اپنے (دین کے) بھائی کے اہل و عیال سے کی تھی۔" پھر اس مجاہد کے نیک اعمال میں سے (اجر وثواب لینے) کے لیے اسے چھوڑ دیا جائے گا۔"
Sulaiman bin Buraidah apne baap se riwayat karte hain ki Rasul Allah ne farmaya, "Ghazwa mein shareek mujahidin ki biwion ki hurmat, peeche reh jane walon par waisi hi hai jaisi un ki maaon ki hurmat hai. Peeche reh jane walon mein se jo shakhs bhi ghazwa mein shareek mujahid ke ghar walon se khiyanat karega, qayamat ke din use la kar kaha jayega, "Yeh rahi tumhari khiyanat jo tumne apne (deen ke) bhai ke ahl o ayaal se ki thi." Phir us mujahid ke nek amal mein se (ajar o sawab lene) ke liye use chhor diya jayega."
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَرَمِيُّ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «حُرْمَةُ نِسَاءِ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ كَحُرْمَةِ أُمَّهَاتِهِمْ وَمَا مِنْ قَاعِدٍ يَخْلُفُ مُجَاهِدًا فِي أَهْلِهِ بِسُوءٍ إِلَّا أُقِيمَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَيُقَالُ لَهُ هَذَا خَلْفُكَ فِي أَهْلِكَ بِسُوءٍ فَخُذْ مِنْ حَسَنَاتِهِ»
