Sahih Ibn Hibban 4824
Yunus ibn Yazid narrated that Najdah al-Haruri went out during the tribulation of Ibn al-Zubayr and sent to Ibn Abbas asking him, "To whom does the right of kinship belong?". He said: “It belongs to the relatives of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. The Messenger of Allah distributed it among them. Umar offered us something from it, but we saw it was less than our right, so we returned it to him and refused to accept it. He offered them to help with the marriage of their unmarried, to pay the debts of their indebted, and to give to their needy, but he refused to give them more than that.”
یونس بن یزید بیان کرتے ہیں کہ نجدہ الحروری ابن الزبیر کی فتنہ کے دوران نکلے اور ابن عباس کے پاس یہ پوچھنے کے لیے آدمی بھیجا کہ ”صلہ رحمی کس کا حق ہے؟“ انہوں نے کہا: ”رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے اہلِ بیت کا ہے۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان میں تقسیم فرمایا تھا۔ عمر نے ہمیں اس میں سے کچھ دینا چاہا تو ہم نے دیکھا کہ ہمارے حق سے کم ہے تو ہم نے اسے واپس کر دیا اور لینے سے انکار کر دیا۔ انہوں نے ان کے غریب کی شادی کرنے، ان کے مقروض کا قرض ادا کرنے اور ان کے مسکین کو دینے کی پیشکش کی لیکن اس سے زیادہ دینے سے انکار کر دیا۔“
Younus bin Yazid bayan karte hain ke Najda Al-Haruri Ibn Al-Zubair ke fitna ke dauran nikle aur Ibn Abbas ke pass yeh poochne ke liye aadmi bheja ke "Silah rehmi kis ka haq hai?" Unhon ne kaha: "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke ahle bait ka hai. Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne un mein taqseem farmaya tha. Umar ne humein is mein se kuch dena chaha to humne dekha ke humare haq se kam hai to humne usey wapis kar diya aur lene se inkar kar diya. Unhon ne un ke ghareeb ki shadi karne, un ke maqrooz ka qarz ada karne aur un ke miskeen ko dene ki peshkash ki lekin is se zyada dene se inkar kar diya."
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ هُرْمُزَ أَنَّ نَجْدَةَ الْحَرُورِيَّ خَرَجَ فِي فِتْنَةِ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ أَرْسَلَ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ سَهْمِ ذَوِي الْقُرْبَى لِمَنْ هُوَ؟ فَقَالَ «هُوَ لِأَقْرِبَاءِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَسَمَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَهُمْ وَقَدْ كَانَ عُمَرُ عَرَضَ عَلَيْنَا مِنْهُ عَرْضًا رَأَيْنَاهُ دُونَ حَقِّنَا فَرَدَدْنَا عَلَيْهِ وَأَبَيْنَا أَنْ نَقْبَلَهُ فَكَانَ عَرَضَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَنْ يُعِينَ نَاكِحَهُمْ وَأَنْ يَقْضِيَ عَنْ غَارِمِهِمْ وَأَنْ يُعْطِيَ فَقِيرَهُمْ وَأَبَى أَنْ يَزِيدَهُمْ عَلَى ذَلِكَ»
