Sahih Ibn Hibban 5528
Abu Huraira reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever says when he goes to his bed: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah Alone, His is the dominion and His is the praise and He is over all things competent. There is no might nor power except with Allah, Glory be to Allah, and praise be to Allah, and none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest. Allah has forgiven his sins or his mistakes, even if they are like the foam of the sea.” Mis’ar (one of the narrators) was doubtful whether (the Prophet) said: “Like the foam of the sea” or not.
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "جو شخص اپنے بستر پر لیٹتے وقت یہ کہے: ’’الہ الا اللہ وحدہ لا شریک لہ، لہ الملک ولہ الحمد، وہو علی کل شیء قدیر، لا حول ولا قوۃ الا باللہ، سبحان اللہ والحمد للہ ولا الہ الا اللہ واللہ اکبر‘‘ اللہ اس کی خطائیں معاف فرما دے گا اگرچہ وہ سمندر کی جھاگ کے برابر ہوں"۔ حضرت مسعر (راوی حدیث) کو شک تھا کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے "سمندر کی جھاگ کی طرح" کہا تھا یا نہیں۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Nabi Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Jo shakhs apne bistar par lait te waqt ye kahe: 'La ilaha illallah wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul mulku walahul hamd, wahuwa ala kulli shai'in qadir, la hawla wala quwwata illa billah, subhan Allah wal hamdulillah wala ilaha illallah wallahu akbar' Allah us ki khatayen maaf farma de ga agarche wo samundar ki jhaag ke barabar hon". Hazrat Mis'ar (rawi hadees) ko shak tha ki Nabi Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne "samundar ki jhaag ki tarah" kaha tha ya nahi.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ زُهَيْرٍ بِتُسْتَرَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الْأَهْوَازِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْكُوفِيُّ عَنْ مِسْعَرِ بْنِ كِدَامٍ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَابَاهُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ قَالَ حِينَ يَأْوِي إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ ذُنُوبَهُ أَوْ خَطَايَاهُ شَكَّ مِسْعَرٌ وَإِنْ كَانَ مِثْلَ زَبَدِ الْبَحْرِ»
