Sahih Ibn Hibban 7310
Abu Burda al-Aslami said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, sent a man to a tribe of the Arabs for some reason, but I do not know what he said. They insulted him and beat him, so he returned to the Prophet and complained to him. The Prophet said, "Verily, if my messenger had gone to the people of Oman, they would not have insulted him or beaten him."
ابو بردہ الاسلمی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک شخص کو کسی کام سے کسی قبیلے میں بھیجا، مجھے نہیں معلوم کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کیا فرمایا تھا۔ انہوں نے اسے برا بھلا کہا اور اسے مارا پیٹا، چنانچہ وہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس واپس آیا اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے شکایت کی۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اگر میرا یہ قاصد اہلِ عمان کے پاس جاتا تو وہ اسے برا بھلا نہ کہتے اور نہ ہی اسے مارتے پیٹتے۔“
Abu Burda al-Aslami razi Allah anhu kahte hain ki Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne ek shakhs ko kisi kaam se kisi qabile mein bheja, mujhe nahin maloom ki aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne kya farmaya tha. Unhon ne use bura bhala kaha aur use mara peeta, chunancha woh Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke paas wapas aaya aur aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam se shikayat ki. Aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: "Agar mera ye qasid ahle-Oman ke paas jata to woh use bura bhala na kahte aur na hi use marte peette."
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنَا هُدْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْقَيْسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مَهْدِيُّ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَازِعِ جَابِرُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي بَرْزَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ قَالَ بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ رَجُلًا إِلَى حَيٍّ مِنْ أَحْيَاءِ الْعَرَبِ فِي شَيْءٍ لَا أَدْرِي مَا قَالَ فَسَبُّوهُ وَضَرَبُوهُ فَرَجَعَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَشَكَا إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ «لَكِنْ أَهْلُ عُمَانَ لَوْ أَتَاهُمْ رَسُولِي مَا سَبُّوهُ وَلَا ضَرَبُوهُ»
