باب الأَسْوَاقِ وَدُخُولِهَا

Sunan Ibn Majah 2233

Abu Usaid (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) went to the market of Nabit and looked at it, and said, ‘this is not a market for you.’ Then we went to another market and looked at it, and he (Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘this is not a market for you.’ Then he came back to this market and walked around in it and said, ‘this is your market. It will always be your market and no duty will be levied on it.’

ابواسید رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نبیط کے بازار تشریف لے گئے، اس کو دیکھا تو آپ نے فرمایا: یہ بازار تمہارے لیے نہیں ہے پھر ایک دوسرے بازار میں تشریف لے گئے، اور اس کو دیکھا، تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: یہ بازار بھی تمہارے لیے نہیں ہے، پھر اس بازار میں پلٹے اور اس میں ادھر ادھر پھرے، پھر فرمایا: یہ تمہارا بازار ہے، اس میں نہ مال کم دیا جائے گا اور نہ اس میں کوئی محصول ( ٹیکس ) عائد کیا جائے گا ۔

Aboo Asid Radhi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Nabiyat ke bazaar tashreef le gaye, is ko dekha to aap ne farmaya: Yeh bazaar tumhare liye nahin hai phir ek dusre bazaar mein tashreef le gaye, aur is ko dekha, to aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Yeh bazaar bhi tumhare liye nahin hai, phir is bazaar mein palte aur is mein udhar udhar phere, phir farmaya: Yeh tumhara bazaar hai, is mein nah mal kam diya jayega aur nah is mein koi mahsul ( tax ) aid kiya jayega.

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ الْحِزَامِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنِي صَفْوَانُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ وَعَلِيٌّ ابنا الحسن بن أبي الحسن البراد، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أن الزبير بن المنذر بن أبي أسيد الساعدي حدثهما، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أن أباه المنذر حَدَّثَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي أُسَيْدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ أَبَا أُسَيْدٍ حَدَّثَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَهَبَ إِلَى سُوقِ النَّبِيطِ فَنَظَرَ إِلَيْهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَيْسَ هَذَا لَكُمْ بِسُوقٍ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ إِلَى سُوقٍ فَنَظَرَ إِلَيْهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَيْسَ هَذَا لَكُمْ بِسُوقٍ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَى هَذَا السُّوقِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَطَافَ فِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا سُوقُكُمْ فَلَا يُنْتَقَصَنَّ وَلَا يُضْرَبَنَّ عَلَيْهِ خَرَاجٌ .

Sunan Ibn Majah 2234

Salman (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that he heard the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) say, ‘whoever goes to the Morning prayer first thing in the morning, he goes out with the banner of faith but whoever goes out to the marketplace first thing in the morning, he goes out under the banner of Iblis (Satan).’


Grade: Da'if

سلمان رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو فرماتے سنا ہے: جو صبح سویرے نماز فجر کے لیے گیا، وہ ایمان کا جھنڈا لے کر گیا، اور جو صبح سویرے بازار گیا وہ ابلیس کا جھنڈا لے کر گیا ۔

Salman (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke mein ne Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko farmate suna hai: Jo subh sawere namaz fajr ke liye gaya, wo iman ka jhanda le kar gaya, aur jo subh sawere bazaar gaya wo iblis ka jhanda le kar gaya.

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُسْتَمِرِّ الْعُرُوقِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْسُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَوْنٌ الْعُقَيْلِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَلْمَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ غَدَا إِلَى صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ غَدَا بِرَايَةِ الْإِيمَانِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَمَنْ غَدَا إِلَى السُّوقِ غَدَا بِرَايَةِ إِبْلِيسَ .

Sunan Ibn Majah 2235

Salim bin Abdullah bin Umar narrated from his father, that his grandfather told that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘whoever says, when he enters the marketplace, ِّ يكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ يُحْيِّيَّ ُ وَحْدَهُ الَ شَرالَ إِّلَهَ إِّالَّ َّللا وَ يُمِّيتُ وَ هُوَ حَىٌّ الَ يَمُوتُ بِّيَدِّهِّ الْخَيْرُ كُلُّهُ وَ هُوَ عَلَى ٌكُل ِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِّير [None has the right to be worshiped but Allah alone, with no partner, to Him belongs all sovereignty and to Him is the praise, He gives life and gives death, and He is Ever-Living and does not die; in His Hand is all goodness and He is Able to do all things]. Allah (جَلَّ ذُو) will record for him one million good deeds, and will erase from him one million bad deeds, and will build for him a house in Paradise.’

عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: جو شخص بازار میں داخل ہوتے وقت دعا یہ پڑھے: «لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد يحيي ويميت وهو حي لا يموت بيده الخير كله وهو على كل شيء قدير» اکیلے اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود برحق نہیں، اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں، اسی کے لیے حکمرانی ہے، اور اسی کے لیے ہر طرح کی حمد و ثناء ہے، وہی زندگی، اور موت دیتا ہے، اور وہ زندہ ہے، اس کے لیے موت نہیں، اسی کے ہاتھ میں سارا خیر ہے اور وہ ہر چیز پر قدرت رکھنے والا ہے تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کے لیے دس لاکھ نیکیاں لکھے گا، اور اس کی دس لاکھ برائیاں مٹا دے گا، اور اس کے لیے جنت میں ایک گھر تعمیر کرے گا ۔

Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Jo shakhs bazaar mein dakhil hote waqt dua yeh padhe: «La ilaha illa Allah wahdah la sharika lah lahul mulk wa lahul hamd yuhyi wa yumit wa huwa hayyu la yamut bi yad-e-hi-l khayr kulluh wa huwa ala kulli shai'in qadeer» akela Allah ke siwa koi ma'bud barhaq nahin, is ka koi sharik nahin, usi ke liye hukmarani hai, aur usi ke liye har tarah ki hamd wa sana hai, wahi zindagi, aur maut deta hai, aur woh zinda hai, us ke liye maut nahin, usi ke hath mein sara khayr hai aur woh har cheez par qudrat rakhne wala hai to Allah Ta'ala is ke liye das lakh nekiyan likhe ga, aur is ki das lakh buraiyan mita de ga, aur is ke liye jannat mein ek ghar ta'mir kare ga 1؎.

حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ الضَّرِيرُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ مَوْلَى آلِ الزُّبَيْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَدِّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حِينَ يَدْخُلُ السُّوقَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ وَهُوَ حَيٌّ لَا يَمُوتُ بِيَدِهِ الْخَيْرُ كُلُّهُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ أَلْفَ أَلْفِ حَسَنَةٍ وَمَحَا عَنْهُ أَلْفَ أَلْفِ سَيِّئَةٍ وَبَنَى لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ .
