Abu Dharr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘slaves are your brothers whom Allah (جَلَّ ذُو) has put under your control, so feed them with the same food that you eat, clothe them with the same clothes you wear, and do not burden them with so much that they are overwhelmed, if you do burden them, then help them.’

ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہعلیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ( حقیقت میں لونڈی اور غلام ) تمہارے بھائی ہیں، جنہیں اللہ تعالیٰ نے تمہارے ماتحت کیا ہے، اس لیے جو تم کھاتے ہو وہ انہیں بھی کھلاؤ، اور جو تم پہنتے ہو وہ انہیں بھی پہناؤ، اور انہیں ایسے کام کی تکلیف نہ دو جو ان کی قوت و طاقت سے باہر ہو، اور اگر کبھی ایسا کام ان پر ڈالو تو تم بھی اس میں شریک رہ کر ان کی مدد کرو ۔
Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: (Haqeeqat mein laundi aur ghulam) tumhare bhai hain, jinhen Allah Ta'ala ne tumhare mathat kiya hai, is liye jo tum khate ho woh inhen bhi khilao, aur jo tum pehnte ho woh inhen bhi pehnao, aur inhen aise kaam ki takleef na do jo in ki qowat o taqat se bahar ho, aur agar kabhi aisa kaam in par dalo to tum bhi is mein sharek rakh kar in ki madad karo.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ الْمَعْرُورِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إِخْوَانُكُمْ جَعَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ تَحْتَ أَيْدِيكُمْ، فَأَطْعِمُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَأْكُلُونَ، وَأَلْبِسُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَلْبَسُونَ، وَلَا تُكَلِّفُوهُمْ مَا يَغْلِبُهُمْ، فَإِنْ كَلَّفْتُمُوهُمْ فَأَعِينُوهُمْ .
