Sunan Ibn Majah 1019
It was narrated that ‘Abdullah said: “We would greet others during the prayer, and it was said to us: ‘During the prayer one is preoccupied.’”

عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نماز میں سلام کیا کرتے تھے، پھر ہمیں ارشاد ہوا کہ نماز میں خود ایک مشغولیت ہے ۔
Abdulha bin Masood razi Allah anhu kehte hain ki hum namaz mein salam kya karte thay, phir humain irshad hua ki namaz mein khud aik mashghuliyat hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: كُنَّا نُسَلِّمُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَقِيلَ لَنَا: إِنَّ فِي الصَّلَاةِ لَشُغْلًا .
