Sunan Ibn Majah 2245

Uqbah bin Amir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘there is no contractual obligation after four (days).’

Grade: Da'if

عقبہ بن عامر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: چار دن کے بعد بیچنے والا ذمہ دار نہیں ۔

Aqba bin Amir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Chaar din ke baad bechne wala zimmedar nahin.

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ رَافِعٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا عُهْدَةَ بَعْدَ أَرْبَعٍ .
