Sunan Ibn Majah 2644
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his grandfather, that : the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ruled that the blood money for the people of the book is half of that of the blood money for the Muslims, and they are the Jews and Christians.

عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فیصلہ فرمایا: دونوں اہل کتاب کی دیت مسلمان کی دیت کے مقابلہ میں آدھی ہے، اور دونوں اہل کتاب سے مراد یہود و نصاریٰ ہیں ۔
Abdul'llah bin Amr bin al-'Aas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se riwayat hai ke Rasul'llah sall'llahu 'alayhi wa sallam ne faisla farmaya: donon ahl kitab ki dit musalman ki dit ke muqabale mein aa'dhi hai, aur donon ahl kitab se murad yahud o nasara hain
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْأَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: قَضَى أَنَّ عَقْلَ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابَيْنِ نِصْفُ عَقْلِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَهُمْ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى .
