Sunan Ibn Majah 2723

Maqil bin Yasar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ruled concerning a grandfather who was among us, that he should receive one sixth.’

معقل بن یسار مزنی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ہمارے خاندان کے ایک دادا کے لیے چھٹے حصہ کا فیصلہ فرمایا۔

Maqal bin Yasar Mazni (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hamare khandan ke ek dada ke liye chhathe hisse ka faisla farmaya.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الطَّبَّاعِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يُونُسَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي جَدٍّ كَانَ فِينَا بِالسُّدُسِ.
