Sunan Ibn Majah 40
It was narrated from `Ali that: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever narrates a Hadith from me thinking it to be false, then he is one of the two liars. Another chain similar to the narration of Samurah bin Jundub.
Grade: Sahih
علی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے فرمایا: جس شخص نے مجھ سے کوئی حدیث یہ جانتے ہوئے بیان کی کہ وہ جھوٹ ہے تو وہ دو جھوٹوں میں سے ایک ہے ۔
Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه)u kehte hain ke Nabi-e-Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Jis shakhs ne mujh se koi hadees yeh jante hue bayan ki ke woh jhoot hai to woh do jhooto mein se ek hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: مَنْ رَوَى عَنِّي حَدِيثًا وَهُوَ يَرَى أَنَّهُ كَذِبٌ فَهُوَ أَحَدُ الْكَاذِبَيْنِ .
