Sunan Ibn Majah 654
It was narrated from Ummul Momineen Aisha (رضي الله تعالى عنها) that when the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) entered the apartment, the freed slave girl of hers concealed herself. The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) asked : 'Have her periods begun?' She said : 'Yes.' He tore a piece of his turban and said : 'Cover your head with this.'

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ ان کے پاس تشریف لائے تو ان کی لونڈی چھپ گئی، تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: کیا یہ بالغ ہو گئی؟ انہوں نے کہا: جی ہاں، آپ ﷺ نے اپنے عمامہ سے ٹکڑا پھاڑ کر دیا اور فرمایا: اس کو اوڑھنی بنا لو ۔

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ: أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا فَاخْتَبَأَتْ مَوْلَاةٌ لَهَا، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: حَاضَتْ؟ فَقَالَتْ: نَعَمْ، فَشَقَّ لَهَا مِنْ عِمَامَتِهِ، فَقَالَ: اخْتَمِرِي بِهَذَا .
