Sunan Ibn Majah 730

It was narrated that Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) said, Bilal (رضي الله تعالى عنه) was commanded to say the phrases of the Adhan twice and the phrases of the Iqamah once.'

انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ بلال رضی اللہ عنہ کو حکم دیا گیا کہ وہ اذان کے کلمات دو دو بار، اور اقامت کے کلمات ایک ایک بار کہیں۔

Anas RaZi Allahu anhu kehte hain ke Bilal RaZi Allahu anhu ko hukm Diya gaya ke woh azan ke kalimat do do bar, aur iqamat ke kalimat ek ek bar kahen.

حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَنَسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أُمِرَ بِلَالٌ أَنْ يَشْفَعَ الْأَذَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَيُوتِرَ الْإِقَامَةَ .
