Chapter on the Prohibition of Passing Through the Mosque with Arrows Uncovered

بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنِ الْمُرُورِ بِالسِّهَامِ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ مِنْ غَيْرِ قَبْضٍ عَلَى نُصُولِهَا

Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 1316

Ibn 'Uyaynah said, "I asked 'Amr ibn Dinar, 'Did you hear Jabir ibn 'Abdullah narrate this hadith, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to a man who was shooting arrows in the mosque, "Catch their arrows?" 'Amr ibn Dinar said, 'Yes (I heard this hadith from Jabir).'" This hadith is narrated by Bukhari.

ابن عیینہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے عمرو بن دینار سے پوچھا، کیا تم نے سیدنا جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو یہ حدیث بیان کرتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک آدمی سے فرمایا جو کہ مسجد سے تیر لیکرگز رہا تھا۔ ”ان کی پیکانوں کو پکڑ لو۔“ عمرو بن دینار نے کہا کہ ہاں (میں نے یہ حدیث سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنی ہے۔) یہ حدیث مخزومی کی ہے۔

Ibn Ayyna kehte hain ke maine Amr bin Dinar se poocha, kya tumne Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah Radi Allahu Anhu ko ye hadees bayan karte huye suna hai ke Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne ek aadmi se farmaya jo ke masjid se teer lekar guzar raha tha. "In ki pekanon ko pakar lo." Amr bin Dinar ne kaha ke haan (maine ye hadees Sayyiduna Jabir Radi Allahu Anhu se suni hai). Ye hadees Bukhari ki hai.

نَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، قَالا: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِعَمْرِو بْنَ دِينَارٍ : أَسَمِعْتَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِرَجُلٍ مَرَّ بِأَسْهُمٍ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ:" أَمْسِكْ بِنِصَالِهَا" قَالَ: نَعَمْ، هَذَا حَدِيثُ الْمَخْزُومِيِّ

Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) instructed a man who was distributing arrows in the mosque to hold the arrowheads while passing through the mosque.

سیدنا جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک آدمی کو حُکم دیا، جو کہ مسجد میں تیر تقسیم کررہا تھا کہ وہ تیروں کے پیکان پکڑ کر مسجد سے گزرے۔

Sayyidna Jabir bin Abdullah Radi Allahu Anhu Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se riwayat karte hain ki Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne ek aadmi ko hukm diya, jo ki masjid mein teer taqseem kar raha tha ki woh teeron ke paikaan pakar kar masjid se guzre.

نَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، نَا شُعَيْبٌ ، نَا اللَّيْثُ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" أَنَّهُ أَمَرَ رَجُلا كَانَ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِالنَّبْلِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ أَلا يَمُرَّ بِهَا إِلا وَهُوَ آخِذٌ بِنِصَالِهَا"
