كِتَابُ الصَّلَاةِ

Chapter on bending the index finger while pointing with it in the Tashahhud.

بَابُ حَنْيِ السَّبَّابَةِ عِنْدَ الْإِشَارَةِ بِهَا فِي التَّشَهُّدِ‏.‏

Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 715

Malik, the son of Khuza'i, narrated from his father that he said, "I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) placing his right hand on his right thigh during prayer while he was pointing with his index finger."

‏‏‏‏سیدنا مالک خزاعی اپنے والد محترم سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ اُنہوں نے فرمایا، میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو نماز میں اپنا دایاں ہاتھ اپنی دائیں ران پر رکھے ہوئے دیکھا ہے جبکہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنی (‏‏‏‏سبابہ) انگلی سے اشارہ کر رہے تھے۔

Sayyidna Malik Khazaee apne walid mohtaram se riwayat karte hain ki unhon ne farmaya, main ne Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko namaz mein apna daayan hath apni daayen ran par rakhe huye dekha hai jabke aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam apni (saba) ungli se ishara kar rahe the.

نا هَارُونُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ بَهْزٍ ، عَنْ عِصَامِ بْنِ قُدَامَةَ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ الْخُزَاعِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الصَّلاةِ " وَاضِعًا يَدَهُ الْيُمْنَى عَلَى فَخِذِهِ الْيُمْنَى، وَهُوَ يُشِيرُ بِإِصْبَعِهِ" . نَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ، عَنْ عِصَامٍ ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

Malik bin Numair Khuza'i Basri narrated from his father that he had seen the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sitting in prayer, his right arm was on his thigh and he was raising his index finger, supplicating while slightly bending it.

حضرت مالک بن نمیر خزاعی بصریٰ اپنی والد بزر گوار سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ اُنہوں نے اسے حدیث بیان کی کہ اُنہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو نماز میں بیٹھے ہوئے دیکھا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنا دایاں بازو اپنی ران پر رکھا ہوا تھا اور اپنی سبابہ کو اُٹھایا ہوا تھا، اسے قدرے جُھکا کر آپ دعا مانگ رہے تھے۔

Hazrat Malik bin Numair Khazaee Basri apni walid buzurgwar se riwayat karte hain ke unhon ne ise hadees bayaan ki ke unhon ne Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ko namaz mein baithe huye dekha aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne apna daayan bazu apni raan par rakha hua tha aur apni sabaha ko uthaya hua tha ise qadre jhuka kar aap dua maang rahe the

نا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى بْنُ وَاصِلِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى ، نا الْفَضْلُ ، نا عِصَامُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ الْجَدَلِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكُ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ ، حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " قَاعِدًا فِي الصَّلاةِ، وَاضِعًا ذِرَاعَهُ الْيُمْنَى عَلَى فَخِذِهِ الْيُمْنَى، رَافِعًا أُصْبُعَهُ السَّبَّابَةَ قَدْ أَحْنَاهَا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ يَدْعُو"
