Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 2119

Sayyiduna Usama (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would fast on Mondays and Thursdays, and he would say: "Deeds are presented (before Allah Almighty) on these two days."

سیدنا اسامہ رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پیر اور جمعرات کے دن کا روزہ رکھتے تھے اور فرماتے تھے: ”ان دو دنوں میں اعمال (اللہ تعالیٰ کے سامنے) پیش کیے جاتے ہیں۔“

Sayyidina Usama Radi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hain ke Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam peer aur jummeraat ke din ka roza rakhte thay aur farmate thay: ”In do dinon mein aamal (Allah ta'ala ke samne) pesh kiye jate hain."

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي يَزِيدَ وَرَّاقٌ الْفِرْيَابِيِّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي شُرَحْبِيلُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ ، قَالَ:" كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَصُومُ يَوْمَ الاثْنَيْنِ وَالْخَمِيسِ"، وَيَقُولُ:" إِنَّ هَذَيْنِ الْيَوْمَيْنِ تُعْرَضُ فِيهِمَا الأَعْمَالُ"

Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The deeds of people are presented (to Allah) twice a week, on Monday and Thursday, so the sins of every Muslim are forgiven except the one who has enmity in his heart against his (Muslim) brother. It is said to the angels: 'Leave them and (postpone their case) till they are reconciled.”' Imam Abu Bakr (RA) said: "This Hadith is Mursal (a narration missing the link of the Prophet's Companion) in Muwatta Imam Malik, while it is Marfu' Sahih (a narration attributed to the Prophet which is authentic) in Muwatta Ibn Wahb.”

سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”لوگوں کے اعمال ہر ہفتے میں دوبار پیش کیے جاتے ہیں۔ پیر اور جمعرات کے دن۔ لہٰذا ہر مومن کی بخشش ہو جاتی ہے، سوائے اس بندے کے جس کی اپنے بھائی سے دشمنی یا جھگڑا ہوتا ہے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے ”ان دو کو رہنے دو یا انہیں مہلت دو حتّیٰ کہ (صلح کی طرف) لوٹ آئیں۔“ امام ابوبکر رحمه الله فرماتے ہیں کہ یہ روایت مؤطا امام مالک میں موقوف بیان ہوئی ہے جبکہ مؤطا ابن وہب میں مرفوع صحیح بیان ہوئی ہے۔

Sayyidina Abu Huraira Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Logon ke amal har hafte mein do bar pesh kiye jate hain. Peer aur Juma'rat ke din. Lihaza har momin ki بخشش ho jati hai, siwaye us bande ke jis ki apne bhai se dushmani ya jhagda hota hai. Allah Ta'ala farmata hai "In do ko rehne do ya inhen mohlat do hatta ki (sulh ki taraf) laut aayen." Imam Abu Bakr Rahmatullah Alaih farmate hain ki yeh riwayat Muwatta Imam Malik mein mawqoof bayan hui hai jabki Muwatta Ibn Wahb mein marfoo sahih bayan hui hai.

حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَنَّ مَالِكَ بْنَ أَنَسٍ أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ السَّمَّانِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " تُعْرَضُ أَعْمَالُ النَّاسِ فِي كُلِّ جُمُعَةٍ مَرَّتَيْنِ: يَوْمُ الاثْنَيْنِ، وَيَوْمُ الْخَمِيسِ، فَيُغْفَرُ لِكُلِّ مُؤْمِنٍ، إِلا عَبْدٌ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ أَخِيهِ شَحْنَاءُ، فَيَقُولُ: اتْرُكُوا، أَوْ أَرْجِئُوا هَذَيْنِ حَتَّى يَفِيئَا" . قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: هَذَا الْخَبَرُ فِي مُوَطَّإِ مَالِكٍ مَوْقُوفٌ غَيْرُ مَرْفُوعٍ، وَهُوَ فِي مُوَطَّإِ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ مَرْفُوعٌ صَحِيحٌ
