كِتَابُ الْمَنَاسِكِ

Chapter on the concession for shepherds to throw stones one day and skip the next.

بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ لِلرُّعَاةِ أَنْ يَرْمُوا يَوْمًا وَيَدَعُوا يَوْمًا‏.‏

Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 2976

It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Asim bin Adi, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Holy Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, gave concession to the shepherds that they may throw pebbles one day and not throw them on the other.

سیدنا عاصم بن عدی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے چرواہوں کو رخصت دی ہے کہ وہ ایک دن رمی کرلیں اور ایک دن نہ کریں۔

Sayyidina Asim bin Adi Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne charwahon ko rukhsat di hai ki woh ek din rami kar len aur ek din na karen.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَدَّاحِ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ،" أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ لِلرُّعَاةِ أَنْ يَرْمُوا يَوْمًا، وَيَدَعُوا يَوْمًا"

Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 2977

Hazrat Abu Al-Badaah narrates the aforementioned hadith from his honorable father, Sayyiduna Aasim, may Allah be pleased with him.

حضرت ابوالبداح اپنے والد گرامی سیدنا عاصم رضی اللہ عنہ سے مذکورہ بالا کی مثل روایت کرتے ہیں۔

Hazrat Abualbadah apne walid girami Sayyiduna Asim Radi Allahu Anhu se mazkura بالا ki misl riwayat karte hain

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَدَّاحِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، بِمِثْلِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ.

Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 2978

Narrated Asym bin 'Adi: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) permitted shepherds to throw pebbles (i.e. do Az-Zarbi) for two days at once, to leave it for one day, and to milk their she-camels while they are grazing.

سیدنا عاصم بن عدی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے چرواہوں کو اجازت دی کہ وہ (دو دن کی اکٹھی) کنکریاں ایک دن مارلیں اور ایک دن ترک کردیں اور اپنے اونٹ چرائیں۔

Sayyiduna Asim bin Adi Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne charwaahon ko ijazat di ke woh do din ki ikathi kankriyan ek din maar lein aur ek din tark kar den aur apne unt charayen.

حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَدَّاحِ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنّ" رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ لِلرُّعَاةِ أَنْ يَرْمُوا الْجِمَارَ يَوْمًا، وَيَرْعَوْا يَوْمًا"
