Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 2649
Narrated `Uthman bin `Affan (May Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "A Mahram (a person whom one is prohibited to marry) should neither perform the marriage contract himself, nor get it done (for his daughter, sister, etc. by another)". Imam Abu Bakr (May Allah have mercy upon him) said: "I have narrated this complete chapter in Al-Kabir."

سیدنا عثمان بن عفان رضی اللہ عنہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ آپ نے فرمایا: ”محرم شخص نہ خود نکاح کرے اور نہ (اپنی بیٹی، بہن وغیرہ کا نکاح کرائے)۔“ امام ابوبکر رحمه الله فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے یہ مکمّل باب کتاب الکبیر میں بیان کردیا ہے۔
Saina Usman bin Affan Radi Allahu Anhu Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se riwayat karte hain ke aap ne farmaya: "Muhrim shakhs na khud nikah kare aur na (apni beti, behan waghaira ka nikah karae)." Imam Abu Bakr Rahmatullah Alaih فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے یہ مکمل باب کتاب الکبیر میں بیان کردیا ہے۔
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ نُبَيْهٍ وَهُوَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ: " لا يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ، وَلا يُنْكَحْ" ، قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: خَرَّجْتُ هَذَا الْبَابَ بِتَمَامِهِ فِي كِتَابِ الْكَبِيرِ
