Muwatta Imam Malik 900
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar used to stop for a long time at the first two jamras saying, "Allah is greater", "Glory be to Allah", "Praise be to Allah", and making duas to Allah, but he did not stop at the jamrat al-Aqaba.

نافع رحمہ اللہ سے روایت ہے کہ بے شک حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ پہلے دو جمروں کے پاس لمبی دیر ٹھہرے رہتے ، اللہ کی کبریائی ، تسبیح اور حمد بیان کرتے رہتے اور اللہ سے دعا مانگتے رہتے اور وہ ( تیسرے یعنی آخری اور بڑے ستون ) جمرہ عقبہ کے پاس نہیں ٹھہرتے تھے ۔
Nafe rahmatullah alaihe se riwayat hai ki be shak Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar razi Allah tala anhu pehle do jamron ke pass lambi der thehre rehte, Allah ki kibriya, tasbeeh aur hamd bayan karte rehte aur Allah se dua mangte rehte aur wo ( teesre yani aakhri aur bade sutun ) jumrah Aqabah ke pass nahi thehre the.
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ « يَقِفُ عِنْدَ الْجَمْرَتَيْنِ الْأُولَيَيْنِ وُقُوفًا طَوِيلًا . يُكَبِّرُ اللَّهَ ، وَيُسَبِّحُهُ وَيَحْمَدُهُ ، وَيَدْعُو اللَّهَ . وَلَا يَقِفُ عِنْدَ جَمْرَةِ الْعَقَبَةِ »
