Description of the obligation of Jumu'ah
بيان فرض صلاة الجمعة
Mishkat al-Masabih 1376
Abu Huraira reported the Prophet as saying, “The Friday prayer is obligatory on him who can get home to his family by night.” Tirmidhi transmitted it and said this is a tradition whoseisnadis weak.

ابوہریرہ ؓ نبی ﷺ سے روایت کرتے ہیں ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جو شخص رات اپنے اہل و عیال کے پاس واپس آ سکتا ہو اس پر جمعہ فرض ہے ۔‘‘ ترمذی ، اور انہوں نے فرمایا : اس حدیث کی اسناد ضعیف ہیں ۔ ضعیف ۔
