Mishkat al-Masabih 2145
An-Nu‘mān b. Bashīr reported God’s messenger as saying:“Two thousand years before creating the heavens and the earth God inscribed a book of which He sent down two verses with which He concludedSūrat al-Baqara. The devil will not come near a house in which they are recited three nights.” Tirmidhī and Dārimī transmitted it, Tirmidhī saying this is agharībtradition.

نعمان بن بشیر ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ بے شک اللہ نے زمین و آسمان کی تخلیق سے دو ہزار سال پہلے ایک کتاب لکھی ، اس سے دو آیتیں اتار کر سورۂ بقرہ کو مکمل کیا گیا ، اور جس گھر میں انہیں تین رات پڑھا جائے تو شیطان اس (گھر) کے قریب نہیں آتا ۔‘‘ ترمذی ، دارمی ۔ اور امام ترمذی نے فرمایا : یہ حدیث غریب ہے ۔ اسنادہ حسن ، رواہ الترمذی و الدارمی ۔
Nauman bin Bashir RA bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: ''Be shak Allah ne zameen o aasman ki takhleeq se do hazar saal pehle ek kitab likhi, is se do aayaten utaar kar Surah Baqarah ko mukammal kiya gaya, aur jis ghar mein inhen teen raat parha jaye to shaitan us (ghar) ke qareeb nahin aata.'' Tirmizi, Darmi. Aur Imam Tirmizi ne farmaya: Yeh hadees ghareeb hai. Asnaadahu Hasan, Riwayat al-Tirmizi wa al-Darmi.
وَعَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ اللَّهَ كتب كتابا قبل أَن يخلق السَّمَوَات وَالْأَرْضَ بِأَلْفَيْ عَامٍ أَنْزَلَ مِنْهُ آيَتَيْنِ خَتَمَ بِهِمَا سُورَةَ الْبَقَرَةِ وَلَا تُقْرَآنِ فِي دَارٍ ثَلَاثَ لَيَالٍ فَيَقْرَبَهَا الشَّيْطَانُ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَالدَّارِمِيُّ وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيب
