Al-Laith b. Sa‘d quoted Ibn Abū Mulaika who quoted Yā'lā b. Mamlak as saying that he asked Umm Salama about the manner in which the Prophet recited, and she described it in a manner by which it was explained word by word.* *This is explained as meaning that she showed how he pronounced each syllable distinctly, or simply that she gave an illustration of the fine quality of the Prophet’s recitation. Tirmidhī, Abū Dāwūd and Nasā’i transmitted it.

لیث بن سعد ، ابن ابی ملیکہ سے ، وہ یعلی بن مملک سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے ام سلمہ ؓ سے نبی ﷺ کی قراءت کے بارے میں دریافت کیا تو انہوں نے فرمایا : آپ ﷺ کی قراءت واضح اور حرف حرف (یعنی الگ الگ) تھی ۔ صحیح ، رواہ الترمذی و ابوداؤد و النسائی ۔
Lais bin Saad, ibn Abi Malika se, woh Ya'la bin Mamlak se riwayat karte hain ki unhon ne Umm Salma RA se Nabi SAW ki qirat ke bare mein دریافت kia to unhon ne farmaya: Aap SAW ki qirat wazeh aur harf harf (yani alag alag) thi. Sahih, riwayat al-Tirmidhi wa Abu Dawud wa al-Nasa'i.
وَعَنِ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مليكَة عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ مُمَلَّكٍ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ قِرَاءَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَنْعَتُ قِرَاءَةً مُفَسَّرَةً حَرْفًا حَرْفًا. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ
