Description of the vast mercy of Allah the Most Merciful
بيان وسعة رحمة الله تعالى

Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, Allah has one hundred portions of mercy. He sent down one portion of mercy upon the jinn, mankind, animals, and insects, by which they have compassion and mercy for one another. By this, a wild animal shows compassion to her young. Allah has kept ninety-nine portions of mercy by which He will have mercy upon His servants on the Day of Resurrection.” Source: Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim.

ابوہریرہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ اللہ کی سو رحمتیں ہیں ، ان میں سے ایک رحمت جنوں ، انسانوں ، حیوانوں اور زہریلے جانوروں میں اتار دی جس کے ذریعے وہ باہم شفقت اور رحم کرتے ہیں ، اسی وجہ سے وحشی جانور اپنے بچے پر شفقت کرتا ہے ، جبکہ اللہ نے ننانوے رحمتیں اپنے پاس رکھی ہیں جن کے ذریعے وہ روز قیامت اپنے بندوں پر رحم فرمائے گا ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
Abu Hurairah bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: ''Allah ki so rehmaten hain, in mein se ek rehmat jinoon, insanoon, haiwanoon aur zehrele janwaron mein utaar di jis ke zariye wo baham shafqat aur reham karte hain, isi wajah se wahshi janwar apne bacche par shafqat karta hai, jabke Allah ne ninanve rehmaten apne pass rakhi hain jin ke zariye wo roz qayamat apne bandon par reham farmayega.'' Mutaffiq alaih.
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «إِنَّ للَّهِ مائةَ رَحْمَةٍ أَنْزَلَ مِنْهَا رَحْمَةً وَاحِدَةً بَيْنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنْسِ وَالْبَهَائِمِ وَالْهَوَامِّ فَبِهَا يَتَعَاطَفُونَ وَبِهَا يَتَرَاحَمُونَ وَبِهَا تَعْطُفُ الْوَحْشُ عَلَى وَلَدِهَا وَأَخَّرَ اللَّهُ تِسْعًا وَتِسْعِينَ رَحْمَةً يَرْحَمُ بِهَا عِبَادَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَة»
