بيان الدعاء
Description of the vast mercy of Allah the Most Merciful
بيان وسعة رحمة الله تعالى
Mishkat al-Masabih 2364
Abu Huraira reported God’s messenger as saying, “When God completed the creation He wrote the following which is with Him above His Throne, ‘My mercy has taken precedence over my anger’.” A version says, “Has prevailed over my anger.” (Bukhari and Muslim).
Grade: Sahih
ابوہریرہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جب اللہ نے مخلوق کو پیدا فرمایا تو اس نے ایک کتاب لکھی جو اس کے پاس عرش پر ہے ، کہ میری رحمت میرے غضب پر سبقت لے گئی ۔‘‘ اور ایک دوسری روایت میں ہے :’’ میرے غضب پر غالب آ گئی ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
Abu Huraira bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: ''Jab Allah ne makhlooq ko paida farmaya to usne ek kitab likhi jo uske pass arsh par hai, keh meri rehmat mere ghazab par sabaqat le gayi.'' Aur ek dusri riwayat mein hai: ''Mere ghazab par ghalib aa gayi.'' Muttafiq alaih.
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَمَّا قَضَى اللَّهُ الْخَلْقَ كَتَبَ كِتَابًا فَهُوَ عِنْدَهُ فَوْقَ عَرْشِهِ: إِنَّ رَحْمَتِي سَبَقَتْ غَضَبِي «. وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ» غَلَبَتْ غَضَبي
