Ibn ‘Umar said that at the Farewell Pilgrimage God’s messenger performed the‘umrafirst and thehajjlater (The phrase used istamata'a bil-’umra ilal-hajjwhich indicates gaining the advantage of the‘umraand waiting till the time for thehajjcomes without requiring to wear theihramduring the intervening period. It is a difficult phrase to translate, and therefore one can only indicate its general meaning in a translation), raising his voice in the talbiya first for the'umraand afterwards for thehajj. Bukhari and Muslim.

ابن عمر ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے حجۃ الوداع کے موقع پر حج کے ساتھ عمرہ ملایا تھا ، آپ ﷺ نے پہلے عمرے کے لیے تلبیہ کہا اور پھر حج کے لیے ۔ متفق علیہ ۔
Ibn Umar RA bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah SAW ne Hajjat al-Wida ke mauqe par Hajj ke sath Umrah milaya tha, Aap SAW ne pehle Umre ke liye talbiyah kaha aur phir Hajj ke liye. Muttafiq alaih.
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: تَمَتَّعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ بدأَ فأهلَّ بالعمْرةِ ثمَّ أهلَّ بالحجّ
