Description of avoiding hunting while in the state of Ihram
بيان تجنب صيد المحرم
Mishkat al-Masabih 2699
‘A’isha reported the Prophet as saying, “Five noxious creatures may be killed outside or inside the sacred area:the snake, the pied crow, the rat, the biting dog and the kite." Bukhari and Muslim.

عائشہ ؓ نبی ﷺ سے روایت کرتی ہیں ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ پانچ قسم کے جانور فاسق (نقصان دہ) ہیں ، انہیں حل و حرم ہر حالت میں قتل کیا جائے گا ، سانپ ، کوّا جو سیاہ و سفید ہو ، چوہیا ، کاٹنے والا کتا اور چیل ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
Ayesha RA Nabi SAW se riwayat karti hain, Aap SAW ne farmaya: ''Panch qisam ke janwar fasiq (nuqsaan deh) hain, inhen hal o haram har halat mein qatl kiya jayega, saanp, kauwa jo siyah o safaid ho, chuha, kaatne wala kutta aur cheel.'' Muttafiq alaih.
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: خَمْسٌ فَوَاسِقُ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ: الْحَيَّةُ وَالْغُرَابُ الْأَبْقَعُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْحُدَيَّا
