Description of avoiding hunting while in the state of Ihram
بيان تجنب صيد المحرم

Ibn ‘Umar reported the Prophet as saying, “There are five creatures which it is not a sin for anyone to kill in the sacred territory and when in the sacred state:the rat, the crow, the kite, the scorpion and the biting dog." Bukhari and Muslim.

ابن عمر ؓ نبی ﷺ سے روایت کرتے ہیں ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ پانچ چیزیں ایسی ہیں جنہیں حرم میں حالت احرام میں قتل کر دینے پر کوئی گناہ نہیں : چوہیا ، کوّا ، چیل ، بچھو اور کاٹنے والا کتا ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
Ibn Umar RA Nabi SAW se riwayat karte hain, Aap SAW ne farmaya: ''Panch cheezen aisi hain jinhen haram mein halat ehraam mein qatal kar dene par koi gunah nahi: chooha, kauwa, cheel, bichhoo aur kaatne wala kutta.'' Muttafiq Alaih.
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى من قتلَهُنّ فِي الْحل وَالْإِحْرَامِ: الْفَأْرَةُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
