Zaid b. Aslam said that 'Umar b. al-Khattab drank some milk which pleased him and asked the one who had given him the drink where he had got that milk from. He informed him that he had gone down to a watering-place which he named where there were some of the camels of thesadaqa. The people who were watering the camels had drawn some milk for him which he had put in his milk-skin, and that was what he had given him. ‘Umar then put his hand in his mouth and vomited it. Baihaqi transmitted it inShu'ab al-iman.

زید بن اسلم ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ عمر بن خطاب ؓ نے دودھ پیا اور انہیں خوشگوار محسوس ہوا ۔ جس شخص نے دودھ پلایا تھا اس سے دریافت کیا کہ تو نے یہ دودھ کہاں سے حاصل کیا ؟ اس نے بتایا کہ وہ ایک تالاب پر گیا جس کا اس نے نام لیا ۔ وہاں زکوۃ کے اونٹ تھے جن کو وہ پانی پلا رہے تھے ، انہوں نے مجھے بھی ان کا دودھ دھو کر دیا میں نے دودھ کو اپنے مشکیزے میں ڈال لیا یہ وہ دودھ تھا ۔ یہ سن کر حضرت عمر ؓ نے اپنا ہاتھ منہ میں ڈالا اور دودھ کی قے کر دی ۔ اسنادہ ضعیف ، رواہ البیھقی فی شعب الایمان ۔
Zaid bin Aslam se riwayat hai ki Umar bin Khattab ne doodh piya aur unhen khushgawar mehsoos huwa. Jis shakhs ne doodh pilaya tha us se daryaft kiya ki too ne ye doodh kahan se hasil kiya? Us ne bataya ki woh ek talab par gaya jis ka us ne naam liya. Wahan zakat ke unt they jin ko woh pani pila rahe they, unhon ne mujhe bhi un ka doodh dho kar diya mein ne doodh ko apne mashkize mein daal liya ye woh doodh tha. Ye sun kar Hazrat Umar ne apna hath munh mein dala aur doodh ki qay kar di. Isnadah zaeef, Rawah al-Bayhaqi fi Shuab al-Iman.
وَعَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: شَرِبَ عمر بن الْخطاب لَبَنًا وَأَعْجَبَهُ وَقَالَ لِلَّذِي سَقَاهُ: مَنْ أَيْنَ لَكَ هَذَا اللَّبَنُ؟ فَأَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ وَرَدَ عَلَى مَاءٍ قَدْ سَمَّاهُ فَإِذَا نَعَمٌ مِنْ نَعَمِ الصَّدَقَةِ وَهُمْ يَسْقُونَ فَحَلَبُوا لِي مِنْ أَلْبَانِهَا فَجَعَلْتُهُ فِي سِقَائِيَ وَهُو هَذَا فَأَدْخَلَ عُمَرُ يَدَهُ فاسْتقاءَه. رَوَاهُ الْبَيْهَقِيّ فِي شعب الْإِيمَان
