Mishkat al-Masabih 2848
He reported God’s Messenger as saying, “Do not go out to meet what is being brought [to market for sale]. If anyone does so and buys some of it, when its owner comes to the market he has the choice [of cancelling the deal].* * He may find he could have a higher price in the market, and so he has the right to cancel the deal. Muslim transmitted it.

ابوہریرہ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ تم اناج لانے والوں کو راستے میں جا کر نہ ملو ، جو شخص اسے ملے اور اس سے غلہ خرید لے ، پھر اس کا مالک بازار آ جائے تو اسے اختیار حاصل ہے ۔‘‘ (چاہے تو سودا رہنے دے اور چاہے تو فسخ کر دے) رواہ مسلم ۔
Abu Hurairah bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ''Tum anaaj laane walon ko raaste mein ja kar na milo, jo shakhs ise mile aur is se ghila khareed le, phir is ka malik bazaar aa jaye to use ikhtiyar hasil hai.'' (chahe to sauda rahne de aur chahe to fasakh kar de) Riwayat Muslim.
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تَلَقَّوُا الْجَلَبَ فَمَنْ تَلَقَّاهُ فَاشْتَرَى مِنْهُ فَإِذَا أَتَى سَيِّدُهُ السُّوقَ فَهُوَ بالخَيارِ» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
