Mishkat al-Masabih 2944
Sa'eed bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever cultivates dead land, it belongs to him, and the unjust person has no right to it." (i.e., no one has the right to cultivate the land of another without his permission). Its chain of narration is Hasan (good). It was narrated by Ahmad, At-Tirmidhi, and Abu Dawood.

سعید بن زید ؓ نبی ﷺ سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جو شخص بنجر زمین کو آباد کرے تو وہ اسی کی ہے جبکہ رگ ظالم کا کوئی حق نہیں ۔‘‘ (غیر کی زمین میں کاشتکاری کا کوئی حق نہیں) اسنادہ حسن ، رواہ احمد و الترمذی و ابوداؤد ۔
Saeed bin Zaid RA Nabi SAW se riwayat karte hain ke aap SAW ne farmaya: ''Jo shakhs banjar zameen ko abad kare to wo usi ki hai jabke rug zalim ka koi haq nahin.'' (Ghair ki zameen mein kashtakari ka koi haq nahin) Isnadahu hasan, rowahu Ahmad wa Tirmizi wa Abu Dawood.
عَن سعيد بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «من أحيى أَرْضًا مَيْتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حق» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمد وَالتِّرْمِذِيّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد
