Abu Umama on seeing a ploughshare and some agricultural instruments told that he had heard the Prophet say, “This will not enter any people’s house without God causing ignominy to enter it*.” Bukhari transmitted it. *This tradition says that agriculture is a less noble occupation thanjihad.
Grade: Sahih
ابوامامہ ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے ہل یا کوئی آلہ زراعت دیکھا تو کہا : میں نے نبی ﷺ کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا :’’ کسی قوم کے جس گھر میں یہ چیزیں گھس آتی ہیں ، تو اللہ انہیں ذلت سے دوچار کر دیتا ہے ۔‘‘ رواہ البخاری ۔
Abu Umama RA se riwayat hai ki unhon ne hal ya koi aala ziraat dekha to kaha : mein ne Nabi SAW ko farmate hue suna : '' kisi qaum ke jis ghar mein ye cheezen ghus aati hain , to Allah unhen zillat se dochar kar deta hai .'' Riwayat al Bukhari .
وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ وَرَأَى سِكَّةً وَشَيْئًا مِنْ آلَةِ الْحَرْثِ فَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «لَا يَدْخُلُ هَذَا بَيْتَ قوم إِلَّا أدخلهُ الذل» . رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
