Jabir reported the Prophet as saying, “What is given in life-tenancy:is part of the inheritance of those who receive it.” Muslim transmitted it.
Grade: Sahih
جابر ؓ نبی ﷺ سے روایت کرتے ہیں ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ عمریٰ ، عمریٰ لینے والے وارثوں کی میراث ہے ۔‘‘ رواہ مسلم ۔
Jibir RA Nabi SAW se riwayat karte hain, Aap SAW ne farmaya: Umra, Umra lene wale warison ki miraas hai. Riwayat Muslim.
وَعَنْ جَابِرٌ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ الْعُمْرَى مِيرَاثٌ لِأَهْلِهَا» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
