Description of being a guardian (Wali) in marriage and seeking permission from a woman
بيان كون الولي في النكاح وطلب إذن المرأة

‘A’isha said that the Prophet married her when she was seven, she was brought to live with him when she was nine bringing her toys with her, and he died when she was eighteen. Muslim transmitted it.

عائشہ ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ان سے شادی کی تو ان کی عمر سات برس تھی ، آپ ﷺ کے گھر ان کی رخصتی ہوئی تب ان کی عمر نو برس تھی اور ان کے کھلونے ان کے ساتھ تھے ، اور جب آپ ﷺ نے وفات پائی تو ان کی عمر اٹھارہ برس تھی ۔ رواہ مسلم ۔
Ayesha RA se riwayat hai ki Nabi SAW ne un se shadi ki to un ki umar saat baras thi, Aap SAW ke ghar un ki rukhsati hui tab un ki umar nau baras thi aur un ke khilone un ke sath thay, aur jab Aap SAW ne wafaat paayi to un ki umar atharah baras thi. Riwayat Muslim.
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ سَبْعِ سِنِينَ وَزُفَّتْ إِلَيْهِ وَهِيَ بِنْتُ تِسْعِ سِنِينَ وَلُعَبُهَا مَعَهَا وَمَاتَ عَنْهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ ثَمَانِيَ عَشْرَةَ. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
