بيان النان والنفقة وحق المملوك

‘A’isha told that Hind daughter of ‘Utba said, “Messenger of God, Abu Sufyan is a niggardly man who does not give me and my son enough; except what I take from him without his knowledge.” He replied, “Take what is enough for you and your son to the extent recognised by the law.”* *Bil ma’roof.This is what is generally recognised as reasonable. The amount would vary according to the circumstances of the people. (Bukhari and Muslim.)

عائشہ ؓ بیان کرتی ہیں ، ہند بن عتبہ نے عرض کیا ، اللہ کے رسول ! ابوسفیان ایک بخیل آدمی ہے ، وہ مجھے اس قدر نہیں دیتا جو میرے اور میری اولاد کے لیے کافی ہو ، مگر میں اس سے اس طرح لے لیتی ہوں کہ اسے پتہ نہیں ہوتا ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ اس قدر لے لیا کرو جو دستور کے مطابق تیرے اور تیری اولاد کے لیے کافی ہو ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
Ayesha بیان کرتی ہیں، Hind bin Utba نے عرض کیا، Allah ke Rasool! Abu Sufyan ek bakheel aadmi hai, woh mujhe is qadar nahi deta jo mere aur meri aulaad ke liye kaafi ho, magar main is se is tarah le leti hun keh use pata nahi hota, aap ne farmaya: ''Is qadar le liya karo jo dastoor ke mutabiq tere aur teri aulaad ke liye kaafi ho.'' Mutaffiq Alaih.
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: إِنَّ هندا بنت عتبَة قَالَت: يَا رَسُول الله إِن أَبَا سُفْيَان رجل شحيح وَلَيْسَ يعطيني مَا يَكْفِينِي وَوَلَدي إِلَّا مَا أخذت مِنْهُ وَهُوَ يعلم فَقَالَ: «خذي مَا يَكْفِيك وولدك بِالْمَعْرُوفِ»
