بيان النان والنفقة وحق المملوك

‘Amr b. Shu'aib, on his father’s authority, said his grandfather told of a man coming to the Prophet and saying, “I have property and my father is in need of my property.” He replied, “You and your property belong to your father. Your children are among the finest things you acquire. Eat of what your children acquire.” Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah transmitted it.

عمرو بن شعیب اپنے والد سے اور وہ اپنے دادا سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور اس نے عرض کیا : میرے پاس مال ہے ، اور میرے والد کو میرے مال کی ضرورت ہے ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ تم اور تمہارا مال تیرے والد کا ہے ، کیونکہ تمہاری اولاد تمہاری بہترین کمائی ہے ، تم اپنی اولاد کی کمائی کھاؤ ۔‘‘ اسنادہ حسن ، رواہ ابوداؤد و ابن ماجہ ۔
Amro bin Shuaib apne walid se aur wo apne dada se riwayat karte hain ke ek aadmi Nabi (ﷺ) ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur usne arz kiya: mere paas maal hai, aur mere walid ko mere maal ki zaroorat hai, aap (ﷺ) ne farmaya: "Tum aur tumhara maal tumhare walid ka hai, kyunki tumhari aulad tumhari behtarin kamai hai, tum apni aulad ki kamai khao." Isnaadahu hasan, Rawahu Abu Dawood wa Ibn Majah.
عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ: أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ لِي مَالًا وَإِنَّ وَالِدِي يَحْتَاجُ إِلَى مَالِي قَالَ: «أَنْتَ وَمَالُكَ لِوَالِدِكَ إِنَّ أَوْلَادَكُمْ مِنْ أَطْيَبِ كَسْبِكُمْ كُلُوا مِنْ كَسْبِ أَوْلَادِكُمْ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَابْنُ ماجة
