بيان النان والنفقة وحق المملوك
Mishkat al-Masabih 3360
Abu Sa'id reported God’s Messenger as saying, “When one of you beats his servant and he makes mention of God, you must stop beating him.” Tirmidhi and Baihaqi, inShu'ab al-iman, transmitted it, but the latter has, “he should stop” instead of “you must stop beating him.”

ابوسعید ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جب تم میں سے کوئی اپنے خادم کو مارے اور وہ اللہ کا واسطہ دے تو تم اپنا ہاتھ اٹھا لو (نہ مارو) ۔‘‘ ترمذی ، بیہقی فی شعیب الایمان ، لیکن اس میں ’’ اپنا ہاتھ اٹھا لو ‘‘ کے بجائے ’’ روک لو ‘‘ کے الفاظ ہیں ۔ اسنادہ ضعیف جذا ، رواہ الترمذی و البیھقی فی شعب الایمان ۔
Abusaid bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: ''Jab tum mein se koi apne khadim ko maare aur wo Allah ka wasta de to tum apna hath utha lo (na maro).'' Tirmidhi, Baihaqi fi Shu'ab al-Iman, lekin is mein ''apna hath utha lo'' ke bajaye ''rok lo'' ke alfaz hain. Isnaadahu zaeef jada, rawaahu al-Tirmidhi wa al-Baihaqi fi Shu'ab al-Iman.
وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا ضَرَبَ أَحَدُكُمْ خَادِمَهُ فَذَكَرَ اللَّهَ فَارْفَعُوا أَيْدِيَكُمْ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَالْبَيْهَقِيُّ فِي شُعَبِ الْإِيمَانِ لَكِنْ عِنْدَهُ «فَلْيُمْسِكْ» بدل «فارفعوا أَيْدِيكُم»
