بيان النان والنفقة وحق المملوك

Abu Bakras-Siddiqreported God’s Messenger as saying, “One who treats badly those under his authority will not enter paradise.” He was asked whether he had not told them that this people had more slaves and orphans than any other, and replied, “Yes, so treat them as generously as you treat your children and give them food out of what you eat.” They then asked what benefit they got out of the world, and he replied, “A horse which you equip to fight on it in God’s path, and a slave who serves you sufficiently; and when he prays he is your brother.” Ibn Majah transmittted it.

ابوبکر صدیق ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ (مملوکوں سے) بُرا سلوک کرنے والا جنت میں نہیں جائے گا ۔‘‘ صحابہ کرام نے عرض کیا : اللہ کے رسول ! کیا آپ نے ہمیں نہیں بتایا کہ اس امت میں تمام امتوں سے زیادہ مملوک اور یتیم ہوں گے ؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ ہاں ، تم ان کی اپنی اولاد کی طرح تکریم کرو اور جو خود کھاؤ وہی انہیں کھلاؤ ۔‘‘ انہوں نے عرض کیا : ہمیں دنیا میں کون سی چیز فائدہ دے گی ؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ گھوڑا جسے تو تیار رکھے تاکہ تو اس پر اللہ کی راہ میں جہاد کرے ، اور مملوک جو تجھے کفایت کرے ، جب وہ نماز پڑھے تو وہ تمہارا بھائی ہے ۔‘‘ اسنادہ ضعیف ، رواہ ابن ماجہ ۔
Abu Bakr Siddiq bayan karte hain, Rasul Allah ne farmaya: "(Mumlookon se) bura sulook karne wala Jannat mein nahin jayega." Sahaba karam ne arz kiya: "Allah ke Rasul! Kya aap ne hamen nahin bataya ki is ummat mein tamam ummaton se zyada mumlook aur yateem honge?" Aap ne farmaya: " Haan, tum unki apni aulad ki tarah takreem karo aur jo khud khao wohi unhen khilao." Unhon ne arz kiya: "Hamen duniya mein kon si cheez faida degi?" Aap ne farmaya: "Ghora jise tu taiyar rakhe taake tu us par Allah ki raah mein jihad kare, aur mumlook jo tujhe kafaayat kare, jab woh namaz parhe to woh tumhara bhai hai." وَعَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ سَيِّئُ الْمَلَكَةِ» . قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلَيْسَ أَخْبَرْتَنَا أَنَّ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةَ أَكْثَرُ الْأُمَمِ مَمْلُوكِينَ وَيَتَامَى؟ قَالَ: «نَعَمْ فَأَكْرِمُوهُمْ كَكَرَامَةِ أَوْلَادِكُمْ وَأَطْعِمُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَأْكُلُونَ» . قَالُوا: فَمَا تنفعنا الدُّنْيَا؟ قَالَ: «فَرَسٌ تَرْتَبِطُهُ تُقَاتِلُ عَلَيْهِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَمَمْلُوكٌ يَكْفِيكَ فَإِذَا صَلَّى فَهُوَ أَخُوكَ» . رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ
