بيان قتل المرتدين والمفسدين

Abu Bakra reported the Prophet as saying, “When two Muslims meet and one of them bears arms against his brother, they are both on the brink of hell, and if one of them kills the other they will both enter it.” In a version on Abu Bakra's authority he said, “When two Muslims meet with their swords, the one who kills and the one who is killed will go to hell." When he (i.e. Abu Bakr) remarked that one was the killer and asked what was wrong with the one who was killed, he replied, “He was eager to kill his companion." (Bukhari and Muslim.)

ابوبکرہ ؓ ، نبی ﷺ سے روایت کرتے ہیں ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جب دو مسلمان ملیں اور ان میں سے ایک اپنے بھائی پر اسلحہ تان لے تو وہ دونوں جہنم کے کنارے پر ہوتے ہیں ، جب ان میں سے کوئی اپنے مقابل کو قتل کر دیتا ہے تو وہ دونوں اکٹھے جہنم میں داخل ہو جاتے ہیں ۔‘‘ اور ان سے ایک دوسری روایت میں ہے ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جب دو مسلمان اپنی تلواریں سونت کر سامنے آ جاتے ہیں تو قاتل اور مقتول جہنمی ہیں ۔‘‘ میں نے عرض کیا : قاتل تو ہے لیکن مقتول کس وجہ سے ؟ (کہ وہ مظلوم ہونے کے باوجود جہنمی ہے) آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ کیونکہ وہ اپنے ساتھی (مد مقابل) کو قتل کرنے پر حریص تھا ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
Abu Bakr RA, Nabi SAW se riwayat karte hain, Aap SAW ne farmaya: ''Jab do Musalman milen aur un mein se ek apne bhai par aslaha tan le to woh dono jahannam ke kinare par hote hain, jab un mein se koi apne muqabil ko qatl kar deta hai to woh dono ikatthe jahannam mein dakhil ho jate hain.'' Aur un se ek dusri riwayat mein hai, Aap SAW ne farmaya: ''Jab do Musalman apni talwaren sont kar samne aa jate hain to qatil aur maqtool jahannami hain.'' Maine arz kiya: Qatil to hai lekin maqtool kis wajah se? (Ke woh mazloom hone ke bawajood jahannami hai) Aap SAW ne farmaya: ''Kyunkah woh apne sathi (mud muqabil) ko qatl karne par haris tha.'' Muttafiq alaih.
وَعَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا الْتَقَى الْمُسْلِمَانِ حَمَلَ أَحَدُهُمَا عَلَى أَخِيهِ السِّلَاحَ فَهُمَا فِي جُرُفِ جَهَنَّمَ فَإِذَا قَتَلَ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ دَخَلَاهَا جَمِيعًا» . وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ عَنْهُ: قَالَ: «إِذَا الْتَقَى الْمُسْلِمَانِ بسيفهما فَالْقَاتِلُ وَالْمَقْتُولُ فِي النَّارِ» قُلْتُ: هَذَا الْقَاتِلُ فَمَا بَالُ الْمَقْتُولِ؟ قَالَ: «إِنَّهُ كَانَ حَرِيصًا عَلَى قَتْلِ صَاحِبِهِ»
